Sustainability
Work Package 4 focuses on ensuring that the impact of JA-SAFE extends well beyond the project’s lifetime. It supports the sustainability, continuity, and institutional embedding of JA-SAFE activities by translating evidence and practical experience into actionable recommendations that can be adopted across EU Member States.
By promoting the uptake of best practices, policy briefs, toolkits and real-world evidence, WP4 helps integrate JA-SAFE’s evidence-based interventions into national health strategies and operational frameworks, reinforcing long-term EU public health objectives.
Objectives
The overall objective of WP4 is to support the sustainability and continuation of JA-SAFE activities during and after the project, ensuring the consistent implementation of actions that strengthen public health policies across EU Member States.
Actions
- Identify and promote strategies, mechanisms, and resources to ensure the sustainability of activities, outputs, and results generated across all work packages.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of guidance materials, tools, and evidence developed through the thematic work packages with key stakeholders and policy makers at EU and Member State level, supporting policy uptake and implementation.
