Evaluation
Work Package 3 ensures that JA-SAFE is implemented effectively, transparently, and in line with its strategic objectives. It provides a structured framework to monitor progress against internal milestones and deliverables, support internal communication, and assess how the Joint Action performs in strengthening health promotion and disease prevention across Europe.
By embedding evaluation throughout the project lifecycle, WP3 supports continuous learning, accountability, and evidence-based improvement, ensuring that JA-SAFE delivers measurable and policy-relevant impact.
Objectives
The overall objective of Work Package 3 is to evaluate the progress and performance of JA-SAFE in relation to its milestones, deliverables, internal coordination, and benchmarking role in supporting health promotion and disease prevention in Europe.
Actions
- Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation plan defining evaluation criteria, methods, activities, timelines, and tools, including procedures for quality assurance.
- Apply the evaluation framework continuously throughout the project duration, monitoring progress, performance, and implementation quality across all work packages.
- Assess the external impact and added value of JA-SAFE, with particular attention to its utility for health promotion and disease prevention at EU, national, and regional level.
