Communication and Dissemination
Work Package 2 focuses on developing and implementing a coordinated communication and dissemination strategy, ensuring compliance with EU visibility and reporting requirements, supporting internal communication within the consortium, and maximising the uptake, transferability, and long-term sustainability of JA-SAFE results beyond the project duration.
Objectives
Work Package 2 aims to ensure that JA-SAFE delivers high-quality, strategic, and compliant communication, dissemination, and visibility throughout the lifetime of the Joint Action. Its objectives are to translate project outputs into clear, accessible messages, engage key stakeholders at EU, national, and local level, and ensure that JA-SAFE results effectively support policy development, public health practice, and public awareness.
Actions
- Develop and implement a JA-SAFE Communication and Dissemination Strategy, aligned with EU4Health objectives and project priorities
- Design and maintain the JA-SAFE project website as the central information hub for stakeholders and the public
- Produce communication materials (factsheets, visuals, newsletters, policy-oriented content) tailored to different target audiences
- Manage digital communication channels, including social media and online dissemination activities
- Support and coordinate internal communication within the consortium to facilitate collaboration and coherence
- Disseminate project results to policy makers, public health authorities, professionals, researchers, and civil society organisations and general public
- Promote key project milestones, deliverables, events, and outcomes at EU, national, and regional level
- Support the organisation and visibility of project events, meetings, and joint dissemination activities
- Monitor, document, and report on communication and dissemination activities and impact, in line with reporting obligations
- Contribute to the uptake, transferability, and sustainability of JA-SAFE results beyond the project lifetime
